In its functioning, EGTC TATRY relies on the Convention on the Creation of the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation TATRY Ltd, signed by the Chair of the Council of the Euroregion “Tatry” Association and the Chair of the Council of the Region “Tatry” Association in Nowy Targ on 14 August 2013, and on the Statutes of the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation TATRY Ltd, signed in Kežmarok on 14 August 2013.
